I am a student athlete and founder of SportHER. As someone who is actively engaged in sport, I have seen firsthand how common and hard injuries are among young female athletes
Why I Started SportHER
SportHER is a student led educational platform designed to assist young female athletes learn about injury and injury prevention and how to better understand physical health in sport

I create SportHER after noticing how many girls experience injuries without fully understanding why they occur or how they can be prevented. I wanted to make this information more accessible and digestible, creating a space that supports and empowers female athletes.
